Karyn Watters is a general studies instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College's Ashland campus.

Through her 10 years of experience as a human resources director, Karyn is able to identify the qualities that workplaces desire in employees.

In her spare time, Karyn enjoys reading, walking, watching movies and playing with her three grandchildren.
