Seminars and workshops teach skills of all types — interpersonal, leadership, quality improvement, or computer technology skills. Others are industry specific, small business, health care, or telecommunications. WITC offers a wide variety of seminars and workshops for your continuing education. Here is a list of what’s coming soon:
July 29-30, 2008. Prolong your career, save your thumbs and wrists, while increasing your skills. Employ your elbows, forearms, fists, knees, and feet with unique techniques that you and your clients will love. Your built-in power tools can be used effectively on EVERY part of the body and easily incorporated into your table routines. Registration deadline is July 15, 2008.

Massage Power
Tools course
August 1-3, 2008. This hands-on workshop teaches specific skills therapists can integrate into an existing practice. This course includes discussion and demonstration, step-by-step instruction of work that can be readily incorporated into table or floor treatments. This class is recommended for those unfamiliar with Thai Massage but is not a prerequisite for Thai Massage Certification. Registration deadline is July 15, 2008.

Thai on the Table
course
June 27-28, 2008. This course will cover required background, basic operation and setup of consumer GPS units. Topics include background information, heading, bearing, latitude, longitude, map datum, coordinate systems, position fix, entering waypoints, go-to destinations, tracking, routes, GPS initialization, GPS setup, and GPS navigation. GPS units will be provided during the course. Dress appropriately for classroom and outdoor activities.
