In today's electronic office, administrative assistants not only rely on traditional organizational skills and procedures, but they must also have leadership capability, experience with computer information processing, and an understanding of what it means to provide excellent customer service. WITC's associate degree program offers you a solid background in management and supervisory skills, oral and written communications, and training in all of the latest word processing, spreadsheet, database, and desktop publishing software to ensure that you are prepared for your first career and beyond.
