Offered at Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake, and Superior

Quality. Human Relations. Leadership.

Good management and leadership go hand in hand. True leaders are able to address difficult situations with positive, motivating, and efficient solutions and teams. WITC's Supervisory Management degree is clustered into three management skill areas: Human Relations, Systems, and Quality. As you complete each cluster, you will learn the latest theories and practices that will help you be an effective leader; finding the balance between infusing new ideas into your current organization without leaving behind working systems.

At the New Richmond and Rice Lake campuses, an accelerated learning option (ACCEL) makes it easy for you to keep your day job. Since many of the courses are scheduled in the evenings and on weekends, students are able to complete the program in less than three years by attending class two evenings a week. A Supervisory Leadership and six other certificates are also available.
